Colorado – SMQ299

Event: Passive-Aggressive
Vehicle Make/Model: Ford /250 super duty
Event Description: Bicycling out of my job at what I thought was a 3 way stop. I did make a mistake in thinking I could travel through the intersection in the parking lot more quickly after looking at the 2 cars at either stop sign and being given the go ahead to proceed. There was a truck coming from the 3rd direction, estimated 50 yards away from me, as I was proceeding through the intersection. Upon his approach to the intersection he stopped his vehicle (he had no stop sign and I was already over 50% of the way through the intersection) at which time my foot slipped from the pedal to which he honked his horn and revved his car, lurching forward until he was at most only one foot away from me. It scared me severely. He did not have to rev up after stopping and threaten to hit me.The vehicle was a dark colored ford super duty 250 with shiny rims. License plate read SMQ 299 Colorado plated. (Picture attached as they went to eat at Outback Steakhouse on Harmony Rd in Fort Collins, where I stop every day to check my email via wifi before biking home)
Driver Description: The driver was a white man around 25-40, baseball cap and 5 oclock shadow, dark or dirty blonde hair, 5′ 9-6′ tall. His passenger looked to be an older white male over the age of 50, receeding dark brown/light black hair, shorter than the other around 5’6″.
