Event and Driver Description (no doxing please): This inconsiderate driver kept the right turn lane to himself to continue straight ahead through the Paiwa Street + H-1 eastbound on-ramp, when there is a lane for going straight. As a result, motorists who intend to enter the H-1 freeway eastbound direction had to wait about 10 minutes for the traffic light to turn green in order for this driver to get out of the way and allow motorists to make their right turns.
Driver is a Filipino male in his 20s who wears a mask on his chin to protect himself and others from COVID-19.
