Event and Driver Description (no doxing please): The driver tailgated me in the left lane while I was already driving 70 mph, when the speed limit is 55 mph. He cut me off and overtook me, and drove slower at 65 mph. When I attempt to overtake him, the driver sped up to ensure I won’t be able to get in front of him.
Driver is a Filipino man in his 40s.
