Statement of Incident:
The driver hogged the right turn lane at the Queen Street (eastbound) + Richards Street traffic light intersection to continue straight ahead, instead of making a right turn to Richards or utilizing the left lane to continue straight ahead the intersection. As a result, motorists had to wait an entire traffic light cycle for the driver in the Tacoma to move out of the way so we can make our right turns from Queen Street to Richards Street. The Tacoma changed into the left lane after crossing the traffic light intersection.
