Event and Driver Description:
This Driver cut into opposite traffic lane to speed past cars on single lane bypass road, nearly hitting car in front of the line of cars nearing approaching traffic light. This driver also cut off another passenger on the bridge when changing lanes going into Beverly. This driver also waved somewhat proudly at car it cut off while stopped at light.
