Event & Driver Description (no doxing please): Actually this older blond man with medium long hair was a slowpoke! Frst saw him with his dog hanging out the window on lovely (dangerous) SB Encinitas Blvd & Saxony and he used no signal when he slow poked a left on to the Coast Hwy. What was offensive about this driver was his unsecured large dog- which really is a beautiful being- the man isnt. He didn’t look too smart, the human that is.
