Event & Driver Description (no doxing please): I’ve noticed that a lot people who drive Chevy Silverado’s don’t seem to know what a turn signal is. This one is no exception. Driver did not use a blinker while waiting to go left into the church parking lot. I bet He would have used His turn signals!
