Event and Driver Description (no doxing please): From his circular driveway the driver pulls out onto the street without even looking or stopping to check. Had to hit the brakes since he was dicking around when coming out onto the road. Then proceeded to not use a turn signal while waiting to go right at the stop sign. Not a good idea to be a dumbass right in front of your own home.
