Event: Phone/Texting
Event Description: First the driver was texting and all over both lanes, speeding up. Nearly rear ending other vehicles. Next he began driving 10 mph and still all over both lanes, frequent lane changes related to how far he had drifted into a particular lane. Zero self awareness of where he was in relation to other drivers.
