Event & Driver Description (no doxing please):
Driver was in middle lane and started to merge into another vehicle passing in the left-hand lane without looking. Driver was honked at as a warning by the other vehicle, and then proceeded to slow down and tailgate the other vehicle all the way across the river bridge, then merged rapidly over five lanes to exit at the Maumelle Exit after the bridge while the driver they tried to merge into continued on in the left lane towards Conway.
