While making left turn from US1, at the light, driver came from behind me passing & cutting me off in the intersection, almost colliding with me. Driver turned into a house on Barna just N of Harrison. Plays bass music too loud.

Driver is not following rules. There is a lane merge due to construction and there are cones all over the place. Driver tried to jump off and by the time merge is happening, everyone were taking turns one car at a time from both lanes and this driver honks and tried to jump off early.
