Driver cutting trucks off in construction zone and speeding. Driver cut me off and brake checked me 3 times. I called 911 and they said they have been getting calls about people getting brake checked. Driver is elderly white male. Possibly drunk or on drugs.

Driver was speeding while on phone, tailgating, and lane changing without signal indicators.

Younger person driving (with a National Guard license plate.) He was behind me. We were both turning right. My blinker was on. I paused to let a person pushing a baby stroller. This driver in the Rogue passed me on the right and came within inches of killing the baby in the stroller. When I honked and the (presumed) father showed shock, he saluted us with his middle finger. This is a bad kid who shouldn’t be driving.

Driver sped through an active school zone with children present, tailgated aggressively and made an illegal left turn from behind another vehicle cutting off oncoming traffic. Driver then sped up the hill through residential neighborhood, flipping me off other driver, hard stopping multiple times in an attempt to cause an accident. Driver then got out of his car screaming. Erratic behavior suggested substance use.
