Blonde middle aged female driver made illegal U-turn at intersection of US-22 and 1694. Driver of white BMW-x5 was headed East bound on US 22 and made U-turn at the light (clearly labeled as no U-turns) nearly causing accident with driver turning right with green right turn arrow light off of KY-1694
