Event & Driver Description (no doxing please):
Driver was weaving in and out of traffic at more than 80mph. The children in the can did not have safety belts on and were climbing over seats. The driver cut me off and was less than 12 inches away from me front bumper. Driver is endangering the life of their children. If anybody knows this driver please report them to CPS
