A PARKING SPOT WAS 10-15 RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM!
And yet AGAIN, the Plano, Tx “police” just CANNOT BE BOTHERED TO DO THEIR JOB, getting these LAW BREAKING CRIMINALS OFF THE ROADS!!!
