Event & Driver Description (no doxing please):
Coming out of the post office, driver stops in the middle of the parking lot and decides to put on her selt belt. You should have done that before backing out of the spot. Then when exiting chooses to turn left from the right lane. I was turning left and didn’t trust her after several of her stupidities. Good thing I stayed back a little way or else she would have probably hit me. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays Everyone!!!
