This asshole almost rear ended me and then nearly sideswiped my car and drove recklessly the entire way down Highway 74 Ortega Highway tailgaiting everyone else in the rain and around Caltrans vehicle. This driver is a worthless piece of shit asshole and deserves to be arrested for reckless driving and have their license revoked. T
Dang during the rain storm even. Likely will turn up in a serious accident and this will be referenced to establish a history of bad driving habits.
