The driver was behind me and there were two cars ahead of me. We were at a 4-way stop. He started laying on his horn and flailing his arms. I threw up my hands. I couldn’t move. The other cars were taking their turns to go. He kept honking and I flipped him off. He became enraged, crossed over into oncoming traffic in an attempt to pass me and nearly hit another vehicle. He crossed into the wrong lane again, swerved in front of me and slammed on his brakes. He got out of his car cursing. He hit my hood and window with his hand. There was no damage. Another driver stopped. Not sure what was said but he began cursing her too. The truck behind me honked and that set him off again. The truck attempted to pass him. He jumped back in his car and nearly hit the truck to prevent it from passing him. I called 911 and made a report. The driver was a short black male. Salt and pepper hair in a bun. In his fifties. He is an unhinged menace and does not belong behind the wheel.

High speeds (over 60 in a 45).Tailgating. Weaving in and out of traffic. Not checking blind spots which resulted in this person almost changing lanes right into my vehicle. Screamed at me when I honked my horn and then cut me off/brake checked.

As I was driving, they made their own lane to cut me off. When I was making a turn they kept swerving lanes to cut me off.

Aggressive Uber driver swerving in and out of the bus lane and cutting people off. Came within 2 feet of my bike, after tailgating me and swerving around me.

Driver has extreme road rage. Will cause intent to harm by throwing objects at your car. Woman light skin did not look both ways before exiting parking. Instead of letting other cars go so she can exit (there are no where for the other cars to go), female tried to recklessly exit parking while almost hitting my car and decided to roll down her window and throw objects while repeatedly use profanity. Person drives a Mercedes C class 2020. Very aggressive driver.

Female driver speeding up Refugio Valley Rd drove through a stop sign and aggressively tailgating into Mandalay Ave in a residential neighborhood behind me driving at 25mph. I pulled to the side at the corner of Mandalay and Grenadine to let driver pass and then proceeded on my route. Driver pulls over to the right and I drive pass and she begins to tailgate me further so stop and I pulled over and she pulls back out in the street and proceeds to yell and gets out of her car to threaten to beat my ass while my child is in the car and I get out and she continues to curse and threaten me so I get back in my vehicle and she gets in hers and speeds off down the street to make a U-turn in a driveway so as I pass by I record her for license and identification purposes due to assault threats. She then gets back in her car to continue to harass and threaten me on Catalina Dr and then drives off after I stated I am reporting her to police . I called the 1800-CHP line who transferred me to local Hercules PD who asked if it was an emergency and I stated “No, this is to report a road rage incident.” (as I was not in immediate danger at this point)
And dispatch responds, “if this is not an emergency we are disconnecting the call.” So I am documenting and reporting here.
