This driver was backing out of a parking spot and decided they get right of way to cars in the traffic/moving lane. Sounded my horn to let them know I was there, I pulled into a parking spot, and they decided to confront me. I am a single woman and HE decided to put me in my place. After he vented, I stated I had the right of was as I was in the lane of traffic and he was backing out of a parking spot. He was an absolute jackass.
