Event & Driver Description (no doxing please):
Out of country driver from Mexico driving carelessly by cutting people off and not using their turn signals. Was in the left lane and made a last second decision to get over into the right turning lane without the use of a blinker. Also made 2 more left turns with using them again. Must have been low on blinker fluid. Be careful or you’ll lose your fahrvergnugen!
