White male Soldier/Driver, cutting off and parking in parking spot while fellow Soldier waiting to park at Hospital on Fort Liberty, NC . Literally drove by several parking spots to do this. Stayed in vehicle as to avoid interaction. A true cowardice Blue Falcon! Looks to be in 82nd Airborne Division.
