This Crazy White Female Dark Bleach Blonde Hair, Blue Painted Shirt Black Spandex was TAILGATING, RECKLESS DRIVING almost Rear Ended a Vehicle at a STOP sign, then TAILGATING, passed on a Solid line, then SLAMMED their BREAKS ON trying to have a accident , Then FLIPPED US OFF, speeding 60mph in a 35mph Zone, jumped on Highway 17NB going 120mph plus in a 55mph Zone. Ran a red light . Took their vehicle and tried to back in to our drivers side door, got out and started to approach our vehicle. I started to video tape on my smartphone , unstable person then got back into their vechile and started to wave at me video taping her on my smartphone. Very unstable person, seemed to be on possible drugs the way they were acting, got out of their BLACK Toyota 4RUNNER and put their hands and fists in the air. Called 911 to report this crazy driver. Police advised they were unable to locate the driver. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNSTABLE
