Event & Driver Description (no doxing please): Initially, the driver of said vehicle had passed on a double line both us and a semi. Then coming into Johnsonburg in the final passing lane, he slowed way down so my brother went to pass him and he sped up right when another vehicle was coming then slowed down preventing us from getting back over. The oncoming vehicle swerved and missed but only then the guy sped off at a dangerous rate of speed flipping us off through the window. Attached is the back of the vehicle the individual was driving.
