This was a reckless homicidal maniac who almost got us into a wreck as we were heading in the middle lane going Southbound on ECR in O^C^D. There’s a major power plant there on the S side of ECR.He swerved in front of us from the left with no sig with less than an inch and he’s lucky he didn’t cause an accident. This idiot continued to swerve back into the left; and further down SB where the 76 by the Target mall he almost swerved into me from the right lane. he was looking down at his lap. 59 something w/pair of clear glasses. This driver is very dangerous. abt 645pm. AssHaul all the way….
