Event & Driver Description (no doxing please): Driver not paying attention when changing lanes. There was no one behind me yet they decide to switch when am about to go around and pass. Just because you use a turn signal to indicate does not mean that’s it’s a right of way of doing so. Really thinking about the need to get a dashcam soon!
