Event & Driver Description (no doxing please):
Driver was doing 25 in a 35 on Bellevue Way. Deeply on his phone, several cars passed. The Driver then accelerated aggressively through traffic. Then proceeded to slow down and start a confrontation with other drivers. Followed to Starbucks to get his picture. Medium complexion 30YO Male with beard and mustache. Very Aggressive. Be careful.
Speeds in some streets alternate between 25 & 35 mph frequently.
It is safest to go ~25.
However, this same vehicle dumped me out of an “Uber” ride I selected.
Leaving me in a commercial plaza of their choosing.
Reason stated, was my not willing to carry a conversation with them, after I had already politely acknowledged the Driver upon entry, & explained I was not interested in conversation. at that moment.

I am not convinced anything was done by Uber in regard to this.
Unknown which driver it may have been working for Uber, but the vehicle plate is the same WA( CGL7042 )
I was made late for a meeting which was very important to me.
