Event & Driver Description (no doxing please): Female driver had been speeding, approx 80 in a 40mph then weaving in and out of traffic. Shortly after the light changed she deliberately swerved into my vehicle and forced me onto the shoulder in cactus and desert shrubs. Sight of my vehicle is scratched up and report has been made with the local police department.
Vehicle is a green Honda Element with left rear damage. Driver was throwing cigarettes out the window and cutting a lot of vehicles off.
