Event & Driver Description (no doxing please):
I have video of the first stop he ran and I almost hit him. Then he passes in a no passing zone, he could have earlier in a permitted passing area, but he waited until just before the school area and the where the speed drops to 35MPH.
Of course the during the pass NO turn signals were use.
He did not care when I brought it up at the gas station.
