Event & Driver Description (no doxing please):
I safely passed the driver in the right lane of the 202 & Dobbins on ramp as she was going slow. She then suddenly sped up after I passed, started honking at me, and then proceeded to use the median to try and run me off the road and almost causing an accident before merging onto the freeway. I let it go and merge on as well, and from there she proceeds to aggressively follow me and harass me and also at one point takes both hands off the wheel to photograph and/or record me. I called 911 and they were able to dispatch a Sheriff but, she had just exited Desert Foothills as soon and they showed up
