Event & Driver Description (no doxing please):
Young female driver with multiple passengers. Driving reckless, speeding in a 35 MPH residential area and cutting off multiple cars to pass up. Swerved into opposite lane to pass up 2 cars. Almost caused and accident with on coming traffic. There were multiple pedestrians in the area as well. Very unsafe
