Gentleman was tailgating me in bumper to bumper traffic and honking his horn during rush hour on Route 22 heading North. Signaled for him to go around me which he did- watched as he cut off and recklessly switched lanes in front of other people. He cut me off getting onto an on-ramp for Truck 1-9 North and stopped in the middle of the on-ramp (I believe with the intention he wanted someone to come flying down the ramp and hit me).

I was waiting to take a left at a blinking yellow light, and the vehicle behind me was honking at me. I need to make sure the coast is clear before taking a left on the oncoming cars. Then this aggressive driver passes me up on a single road, endangering oncoming traffic since I was driving the speed limit.
