The driver was parked on the side of Topanga Canyon near PCH and out of his car in the middle of a busy street. As I was about to pass him, he got back in his car. He then started driving very quickly on the shoulder of the road, and, without signaling, swerved directly into me. This forced my car into oncoming traffic – he then began picking up speed at an aggressive pace and driving directly next to me in an attempt to overtake my car and I was stuck in the opposite lane on a very busy and fast single-lane road for several seconds. I have never witnessed such blatantly reckless and erratic driving in my life, and I have never felt so at risk as a result of the conduct of another driver. The driver appeared to be an older man with sparse hair and on the larger side.

Reckless driving, swerving, almost hitting other cars in oncoming lane, narrowly avoiding hitting signs and going into ditches for over 1 mile

Purposeful speeding up and very aggressive driving during a merge to force traffic into hard breaking at high speed. Driver was laughing manically and performatively with one passenger and windows down during the act. Intent to cause a dangerous situation was clear. Possibly intoxicated, extremely reckless, dangerous, and unfit for the road regardless.

This driver who I believe is female due to long hair and large sunglasses cut off the car behind me and proceeded to drive up a turning lane and cut me off as well.

Swerving in lane while tailgating a few drivers. Weaving through Interstate-10 traffic, crossing the double white line a few times, and trying to cut in front of cars.
