Changed lanes without looking or signaling almost side swiped my vehicle on my passenger side with my toddler in the back, and forced me to slam on my brakes and almost put me over the curb

Vehicle was speeding and riding people’s butts before passing in a no passenger zone.

Driver keeps backing up onto us just because. The woman later said “sorry it was fun fucking with you guys” afterwards

The driver used my house’s driveway to do a 3-point turn and almost hit my car, which was already parked in the driveway.

This driver has extremely dark tinted windows. This person was being negligent while driving and not using signals when switching lanes and switching often, cutting people off. This person almost hit my car, came directly beside me while switching lanes, had no idea I was there, I had to lay on the horn as I was watching their vehicle make it’s way diagonally into my lane and just about sideswiping me. They proceeded to switch lanes without signaling, following closely behind me and never seemed to rectify their poor driving.
