Event & Driver Description (no doxing please): Driver went around me on double lines honked repeatedly was on the tail of my car going down a road that was 55 I was going 60. Made me feel very unsafe driver then started flicking me off. At my school we drive from on base to another I took a picture of the plate when we were both stopped and parked.
