Facts of Incident:
The driver in the 4Runner refused to let me change into his lane, so I flipped him off for it. The driver got salty for being flipped off at. He performed a series of brake checks when he assumed that I was going to get behind him. When he realized that I didn’t get behind him, he rubber necked me for about a minute before driving off. All the driver had to do was let me change into his lane. I had my turn signals on, but he purposely stayed in my blind spot to prevent me from being able to change lanes in front of him. I can definitely see that this driver has a male ego and takes pride in wanting to be first.
The driver is Zechariah Langsi Terry. On Wednesday, September 7, 2022, Terry was cited for speeding 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. As of February 25, 2023, this case was been referred to a collection agency due to non-payment. State of Hawaii Judiciary Case Number 1DTI-22-524896.
