Event & Driver Description (no doxing please): Was driving fast in construction zone, and cut off drivers in the right most lane when his lane was coming to an end at the last minute. Had ample amount of time to merge over and didn’t until he almost ran out of lane. Could not see driver, windows were heavily tinted.
