Event & Driver Description (no doxing please): Driver is extremely aggressive. Used his car to block me from turning from Wolfangel road into Kroger parking lot. After I pulled around him, he actually chased me around parking lot. I reported him to Sheriff and provided his photos. They said he had wrong (switched) tags on his car.
