Event & Driver Description (no doxing please):
They ran a stop sign, proceeded to break check then stop in the middle of the road during a busy time just to sit with her middle finger out of the road. Then turned on to Green Valley Rd, stopped when she turned and proceeded to back up traffic to flip off again.
God, Please help these people to have a break down. They need to learn humility. Thank you.
