Event & Driver Description (no doxing please): Driver did not use a turn signal while waiting to turn left at the traffic light. Then was waving their left hand out the window while driving. Good thing they didn’t do that with both hands. Don’t know what it is about people driving certain cars but makes me think you have a sign a document that you’ll be a douchebag driver or you can’t have the car!
