I was waiting to take a left at a blinking yellow light, and the vehicle behind me was honking at me. I need to make sure the coast is clear before taking a left on the oncoming cars. Then this aggressive driver passes me up on a single road, endangering oncoming traffic since I was driving the speed limit. Drivers like this should not be on the road and should have their license revoked. Their insurance company should penalize them. I cannot see what state this vehicle is from, as its plate is covered.

Incident: recklessly merged into adjacent lane on high speed without using signal light, cutting a black Nissan maxima on the next lane almost crashing into it.
