Event & Driver Description (no doxing please): We were driving minding our own business in the right lane speed limit when from the left this kid who looked to be under 21 cut us off from the left with no signal speeding heading SB towards College. He cut into our right lane only to have us right behind them at College! We could see from his left mirror he was looking down at his phone repeatedly, and appeared to be nervous and distracted. You’re too young for it, buddy. Slow down and grow a brain in any short sensible order. On OCD Blvd it was otherwise pretty mellow and there was no reason to drive that way. Right by the Aldi shopping center.
