Driver was varying between 70-95MPH on Dexter Corner Rd, Making a right onto Vandyke before I went a different direction to go home. You can see in the close up alone they’re on the wrong side, crossing a solid which is the least of their crimes. They were speeding excessively as school buses and kids and cars filled with kids littered the roads. He went around me as a friend of my daughter and her mom were just around a bend, and they usually have to stop to pull in their driveway. This guy alost hit them.
