This incident occurred at around 11:40am on Tuesday, 12/03/24. the driver of license plate #: 8VMK074 Toyota Camry Hydrid LE is reckless and dangerous, likely on drugs. This license plate has a pink license plate frame around its plate. With the way he/she was driving, this person is either drunk or on drugs. I didn’t see his face, but was carelessly zigzagging and taunting drivers nearby near the corner of Valley View St. and Orange Ave. in Cypress, CA. I was driving home, on the 3rd lane from sidewalk. He was initially on the 2nd lane then speeds up to cut me off (without signaling). I then immediately signal because now need to be on the 4th lane to make a left turn on Orange. He then very aggressive, cuts me off again (without signaling), but then just stalls car and doesn’t even stop at the stop line at the red light; he was at least a couple yards away. He was definitely trying to taunt me for some reason, not sure why as I was driving at NORMAL speed (not too fast or slow). While I’m taking down his information (I’m sure he noticed), the left turning lane light remained red. However, it turned green for the three (straight) lanes to our right. Guess he didn’t need to turn left onto Orange (OR didn’t want me to be on the same street as him to see his face?) because he then illegal drives diagonal to the right and takes off. Be careful of this driver, he will cause an accident. I think maybe he purposely wants to be rear-ended so that he can collect $$$. Very bizarre situation.

One of their workers/owners/the kid or family of the owner almost hit me with their car today, in a hurry to get what I’m assuming was some kind of pick up via their back door (I followed them to get a pic of their license plate to report them, and they stopped at Subway’s backdoor and brought out some kind of box); they illegally passed me on the left when I was turning left out of the parking lot across the street at Marshalls onto the street that crosses Michigan avenue, and almost hit me doing so all while speeding. They blocked the ally with their car, door wide open and unattended. Then they had the nerve to wave at me all cutely like they’d done nothing wrong. See the attached for them and their license plate.

Was merging from the middle merge lane and had enough time and space but this female driver decided to speed up and was upset they had to drive the speed limit. They then decided to cut me off at the light and pass a bus (very recklessly) to cut in front of me. This action almost causing an accident.

Individual was driving extremely erratic/ dangerous weaving in and out of lanes, racing, going off into the emergency lane to cut people off, unnecessarily blowing thick smog everywhere on purpose (“Rolling coal”).

We were pulling out of our development, about to make a right, and this van was going to make a right turn into our development, with their turn signal on at the last minute. They went like they were going to turn and then suddenly decided to continue straight and almost caused us to hit them. They then continued, slowly, in front of us, randomly putting their turn signal on at different places, then changing their mind until making a right into a development about three or so miles later.

Driver almost hit me while I was merging into the far left turning lane. After turning onto Haven and merging over to my right, this asshole tries to run me into the left lane by almost hit me by swerving into my lane. The picture shows him to my right, before the light turned green.
