Event & Driver Description (no doxing please): Pulled out in front of me out of school while I was in line to drop off my children. Bullied his way in front of me and nearly hit my car. Then stuck his hand out of the window with a stop motion not a wave. Did not drop off a child but took space up in the drop off line making us even later. Rude, reckless, driving badly in a parking lot of a school.
