Cut right in front of me at the last minute without using turn signal. Almost caused an accident

Older black gentleman, was swerving in and out of lanes on the highway and nearly drove in the grass.

There were a ton of open spaces in the parking garage, as I parked on level 2. This driver chose to park right next to my car, and they parked extremely close to the point where I had to fold his mirror in to get in my own car. Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of all the open spaces.

Male driver tailgated us super close when we were going the appropriate speed (we were not going too slow) passing trucks then gave us the finger passing us in the right lane and proceeded to speed up to 95 mph in both 60 & 40 mph zones once around us. Other male passenger threw a cig butt and a plastic baggie out the window after in front of us that both went under the car. Tailgated others, as well. Did not drive the speed limit at any time.

The blonde lady driving this vehicle is aggressive, watch out. I was waiting to turn right at an intersection because a pedestrian was crossing and she honked over and over. I would tell she was even trying to get around me somehow. Glad she didn’t choose to go, or she would have flattered the pedestrian she didn’t see. I slowed down and let her pass. I watched her tailgate and drive very quickly in 5:30 PM traffic on a major road. I held my breath as she would slam the breaks while trying to weave between cars.

Driver parked completely over the white line, making it difficult for someone next to them to park correctly, mind you, in a very, very busy parking lot. I parked next to them, as it was my only option, it being the only spot open, and when I went back out to my car, I noticed my mirror was completely punched in by them.

During School Exit time (3:15Pm), this driver repeatedly parked his a car on the red zone curb with his tail on the crossing path at the traffic light and partly on the bicycle lane. He does that when picking up his children (because it rains and they cannot walk 100 ft) and when loading the children, he backs up his car ignorant of children on the crossing path or upcoming traffic.
