Very erratic, dicing traffic on 3 lane state route almost causing an accident. Lowered Mk7 Golf R with aftermarket multispoke rim

This driver (female) switched lane aggressively and honked at me when I (non-aggressively) switched lane in front of her. Then we just happen to be on the same route and I noticed the driver was weaving a lot between cars. For some reason the driver and her passenger (male) decided to record me even though she was the aggressive driver 🤦‍♀️.

I was going in the store from the parking lot and this guy drives so close to me and cars that were parked. I thought he was going to turn into a parking spot I was nearby, but he just kept going closer and closer to me. I stopped otherwise, he would’ve hit me. He was older, but not elderly. Enough to know better. He saw me and made a face. And to top it off he parked in a handicapped parking spot. Did NOT have a placard. Guy was not in the right state of mind.
