Event & Driver Description (no doxing please): Was driving the speed limit, driver was aggressively tailgating, then passed me on double yellow lines while going over train tracks. Afterwards they were going 50 mph but I was able to catch them at the light on short street to get a picture of their plate. It was an older gentleman driving with a light blue hat.
