The man driving was wearing a gray shirt, black shorts, black flip-flops, and was heavier set. He also had a mustache, had long hair in a ponytail, and was wearing sunglasses. This happened in Mashpee, Massachusetts.

Driver was distracted with his phone while waiting at a light, and when the arrow turned green, he got upset after the driver behind him honked once after a few seconds of the light turning green and proceeded to brake check him after moving forward a little bit. The driver then went around him and into a parking lot, where this person followed and eventually confronted him aggressively before driving away.

Was driving the speed limit, driver was aggressively tailgating, then passed me on double yellow lines while going over train tracks. Afterwards they were going 50 mph but I was able to catch them at the light on short street to get a picture of their plate. It was an older gentleman driving with a light blue hat.
