I was making a left lane change with my signal on and she came from the other left without her signal on and almost hit me and ended honking on her and some driver would try to rectify it but not her she continued driving and then coming to a full stop even though there was no traffic she was a maniac on the road

The driver was merging onto Peachtree Parkway and the car in front of him stopped. He felt like everyone should have moved out of his way and started flashing his brights, tailgating and weaving all over the lanes. Total road rager. He did this for over a mile and almost caused several accidents. Needs some mental health attention if not suspension of his license.
