After getting on to the on-ramp on the 710 south, this driver made a complete stop before merging on to the 710.
No cars were in front of the Tesla.

On the intersection of E Washington Blvd and Hepworth. Driver was in the rightmost lane of Washington Blvd. heading west. The right most lane is specifically RIGHT TURN ONLY to get on to the 710 North Freeway. Driver was excessively speeding, ran a red light and cut me off once on to the 710 South. Easily one of the most stupidest and aggressive drivers I have come across.

African-American lady wearing a black hoodie with the hood up, sunglasses, and orange pants. After cutting off a driver, she randomly stopped, got out of the car, and threw a drink at another car and proceeded to flip them off. Later on, she stopped again and threatened a driver with an object and continued flipping off traffic more before driving away.

Aggressive driver tried to cut into a highway merge from the gore point, got upset that he couldn’t fit in front, then proceeded to road rage by spitting on, tailgating, and eventually throwing a ceramic mug at the car.

Blacked out windows could not see who was driving. After nearly rear ending me the person drove in the shoulder to cut off about 3 cars then was zig zagging through freeway nearly causing multiple accidents. Probably caused one at some point. Crazy behavior
